Weilheim

“Weilheim”, construction of a rock ramp to the “Ammer”

The Challenge

A former back water fo the “Ammer” was attached to the river again for the rehabilitation of the fish passability. The new structure should also offer the possibility to get closed with a stop log.

Therefore we developed one integrated special construction for the bearing of the stop log. The corrugated steel structure was assembled outside of the trench and embedded during low tide.
